A tricone bit is a drill bit with a head that is divided into three main parts. Thetricone bit consists of three rotating cones working inside each other and each with its own row of cutting teeth.
Tricone rotary bits are sometimes a good alternative to a DTH hammer. Available in TCI (carbide buttons) and mill tooth configurations.
Working Principle
when using this tricone drill bits product, it needs to be installed on the cone drill. The power generated by the tricone bits drill head produces a rapid rotation of the bit, and then slowly drills into the stratum and objects. With the hardness of the tricone rock bit plus the speed of rotation, the tricone bit for drilling speed will be shaped.
