Reverse Circulation hammers are designed with an inner sample tube that extends through the center and into the top of the hammer bit. The RC hammer exhausts the air between the bit splines and over the face of the bit. This forces the sample into the recovery holes in the face of the bit, through the center of the hammer and upward through the drill rod inner tubes to the surface for collection. The use of a shroud or collar is required when a RC hammer is used, to help direct the return air and cuttings up through the face of the bit

1.Eference the design and production experience of conventional DTH hammer and combine the operating characteristics of RC hammer; internal structure design is optimized to ensure ideal energy transfer and high drilling speed as well as steady sampling.
2.Simple internal structure and rigid components ensure long using life and easy maintenance of the hammer.
3.Sample tube is integrative designed and can be placed without disassembling of the hammer. With carburizing treatment, the sample tube has good wear resistance.
4.RC bit has patented design. One hammer could drill different size of holes just by replacing different size bits, and ensure no contamination of the sample as well.
5.In difficult conditions such as loose soil, hard rock formation or plenty of water exists, sampling can be done well.
